- Beams Connection: Use 30×30mm square tubes to form a rectangular truss frame at the top. Remember to apply anti-rust paint to all welding joints.
- Purlin Installation: Place a support purlin every 60 cm to form a high-strength load-bearing grid for the tiles.
III. Roof Sheet Laying: Professional Secrets for Waterproofing
Always start installing the roof panels from the lower eave and work your way up. Ensure a 10cm vertical overlap between the upper and lower sheets, and a 1-crest (1-wave) horizontal overlap left to right.

- Screw Placement: Always drill roofing screws directly on the crest (top wave) of the panel, not in the valley. Tighten until the rubber washer is slightly compressed.
